Sessions
Each sauna session lasts 55 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes before your booked time so you can start your session promptly.

Location
RISE Sauna is located at Greenmount Industrial Estate, Harold’s Cross D12H7XD. Map Link will be included in your booking confirmation email.

What to Bring
Please bring:

• A towel to sit on

• Water bottle

• Swimwear (required in the sauna)

You may also wish to bring an extra towel for drying off afterwards.

Sauna Etiquette
To keep the space comfortable for everyone:

• Please shower before entering if possible

• Sit on a towel at all times

• Be mindful of others sharing the sauna

• Respect the quiet, relaxed atmosphere

Health & Safety
Sauna use may not be suitable for everyone. Please avoid sauna use if you:

• Are pregnant

• Have heart conditions or blood pressure issues

• Are feeling unwell or dehydrated

• Have consumed alcohol or drugs beforehand

If in doubt, please consult a medical professional before booking.

Cancellations & Changes
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened as we cannot extend sessions into the next booking.
